How do you ship the parcels?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped via ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped by USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping in more than 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some places where we can not deliver. If you are in one of these countries, we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for customs fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages will be shipped to you and that you will be charged customs fees upon arrival in your country.
How long does the delivery take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order has shipped containing your tracking information. If you have not received the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
My follow-up indicates "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you specified the combined delivery.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can not be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for the products ordered if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding 2-5 days of processing), you can request a refund or reshipment.
- If you have received the wrong item, you can request a refund or reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you received, you can request a refund, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive for reasons beyond your control (that is, if you provided the wrong delivery address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond Kikres' control (ie not cleared, delayed by a natural disaster).

If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.
Trades
If for some reason you want to trade your product, maybe for a different size of garment. You must first contact us and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not return your purchase unless we allow you to do so.
