Refund and return policy
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can not be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for the products ordered if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days excluding 2 to 5 days of treatment)
- you receive the wrong article
- you do not want the product you received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive at destination for reasons beyond your control (eg wrong delivery address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (eg, not cleared, delayed by a natural disaster).
